Hi! My name is Ilona and I am an Instructor Therapist Floater and Special Projects Coordinator at bitKIDS.

My journey into ABA began with a co-op term at bitKIDS, where I was fortunate to support children's therapy and witness the remarkable progress our clients make each day. In my unique position, I have the privilege of providing one-on-one ABA coverage to clients when their regular ITs are unavailable, all while maintaining the flexibility to contribute to various projects aimed at advancing our clinic's goals.

I am currently pursuing an Honours Health Sciences degree with minors in Psychology and Gerontology at the University of Waterloo, and I am committed to expanding my knowledge and involvement in the ABA field. I'm actively undergoing RBT Training to further enhance my passion for child development. I find fulfillment in working alongside families, and playing a role in helping your children achieve their full potential.

Outside of work and academia, I enjoy playing catch with my puppy, Luna, and embarking on adventures to discover new hiking trails.
