Meet Krista LePage

Blending Creativity, Compassion, and Clinical Expertise
At bitKIDS Behaviour Consulting, we’re so proud to have Krista LePage on our team — not only as a deeply experienced clinician, but as someone who truly embodies our values of collaboration, creativity, and compassion.
Experience and Expertise
Krista holds an MADS, RBA (Ont.), BEd, and BFA, and brings over 14 years of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) — with the last seven of those spent right here at bitKIDS. Her unique combination of education, creativity, and behavioural expertise makes her a trusted guide for both children and families.
Krista is listed on the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Provider List, which means families can access her support through OAP-funded services. This designation reflects both her professional qualifications and her commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care for children with autism and their families.
As a Senior Therapist, Krista is motivated by two things above all: watching the children we support flourish, and working alongside colleagues who bring compassion, humour, and innovation to their roles. She shares that being part of a workplace that “fosters uniqueness” and encourages creativity has been foundational to her professional growth.
Creativity Beyond the Clinic
Outside her work, Krista’s creativity shines just as brightly. She enjoys journaling and crafting, finding joy in creating beautiful, meaningful things by hand. These hobbies reflect the same mindfulness and attention to detail she brings to her therapeutic work.
Krista also enjoys a meditative practice known as “immrama” — an old Irish term meaning wonder journey — a form of guided meditation that invites calm exploration of the Celtic landscape through imagination and reflection. It’s a practice that complements her grounded, intentional approach to therapy.
When she’s not creating or meditating, you might find Krista moving — whether through yoga, pilates, skating, or hiking, she loves activities that bring balance, strength, and joy into her daily routine.
What Families Appreciate
Families who work with Krista quickly notice her thoughtful, intuitive approach. She blends years of clinical experience with genuine warmth and adaptability. Her sessions are collaborative, individualized, and often infused with creativity — helping children learn skills in ways that feel natural and meaningful.
Krista also models mindfulness and patience, reminding us that growth happens not only in what children learn, but in how they learn. Her work helps children build confidence, resilience, and a sense of joy in their own progress.
An Essential Part of the bitKIDS Team
As a senior therapist, Krista helps shape the culture of collaboration and care that defines bitKIDS. Her insight, humour, and calm presence make her a mentor to colleagues and a source of support for families.
We’re so grateful to have Krista LePage as part of the bitKIDS family — her creativity, compassion, and dedication help make our team (and the children we serve) shine brighter every day.
