Staff Spotlight: Sabrina Dorich

At BitKIDS Behaviour Consulting, we’re proud to have a team of compassionate, skilled professionals who are dedicated to helping children and families thrive. Today, we’re excited to highlight Sabrina Dorich, whose warmth, professionalism, and commitment to meaningful progress make her a valued part of our team.
Sabrina brings a strong foundation in psychology, along with a thoughtful, client-centred approach to her work. She is passionate about supporting children in developing practical, functional skills that enhance independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life. Whether working one-to-one with a child or collaborating with families and team members, Sabrina focuses on creating a positive, supportive learning environment where growth feels achievable and motivating.
Sabrina is currently in the final semester of completing her Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology at Seneca Polytechnic. Her academic training has provided her with strong knowledge in behaviour science, evidence-based intervention, and ethical practice, which she applies directly in her clinical work with children and families.
One of Sabrina’s strengths is her ability to build trusting relationships. She understands that meaningful progress happens when children feel safe, understood, and encouraged. By taking the time to learn each child’s interests, strengths, and learning style, she helps create sessions that are engaging, individualized, and effective.
In addition to her clinical role, Sabrina has demonstrated leadership in accessibility and inclusion. She was selected as a Youth Accessibility Leader through the Enabling Accessibility Fund – Youth Innovation Component, a national initiative led by Employment and Social Development Canada in Canada. This program empowers young leaders to identify accessibility barriers in community spaces and workplaces, collaborate with organizations, and develop projects that improve access and opportunities for people with disabilities.
Through this role, Sabrina contributed to identifying areas for improving accessibility at BitKIDS Behaviour Consulting, which will helping to create a more inclusive environment for the children and families we serve. Her involvement reflects her dedication not only to individual client outcomes, but also to broader community impact and equitable access.
We are grateful to have Sabrina on the BitKIDS team and look forward to the continued positive impact she will make in the lives of our clients and families.
