Carolina Pulido Gómez
My name is Carolina, and I am a Supervised Instructor Therapist with a deep passion for supporting children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
My journey into the world of ABA began through my background as a psychologist and my many years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Over time, I became especially interested in evidence-based, compassionate approaches that focus not only on skill development, but also on connection, dignity, and quality of life. ABA has allowed me to combine structure and science with warmth, flexibility, and respect for each child’s unique way of communicating and learning.
In the workplace, I highly value collaboration, empathy, and continuous learning. I am a lifelong learner who enjoys growing both professionally and personally. Kindness is a core value in my life. I strive to practice it every day through simple but meaningful actions, such as offering a smile, greeting others warmly, and sharing kind and encouraging words.
Outside of work, I love reading, cooking, practicing yoga, and traveling. Most of all, I cherish spending quality time with my family, which is a constant source of joy, grounding, and inspiration for the work I do.
