Iryna Yulevich-Vasilatos
Hi! My name is Iryna Yulevich and I am a Supervised Instructor Therapist at bitKIDS.
My journey into the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began during my undergraduate years. While studying for my Master's degree in Education, I was drawn to understanding effective pedagogical methods, human behavior and how we can positively impact lives through effective interventions. I enrolled at Mohawk college in Autism and Behavioural Science program and fell in love with ABA. The evidence-based principles, the focus on individual growth, and the transformative power it held for both children and adults fascinated me. From that moment on, I knew this was the path I wanted to follow. I'm passionate about making a positive impact in the world through ABA, and I bring that enthusiasm and dedication to bitKIDS Behavior Consulting.
In the workplace I highly value collaboration and open communication. Building a positive and supportive environment is crucial in ABA, as it fosters creativity, idea-sharing, and ultimately leads to better outcomes for our clients. I believe that teamwork is the magic ingredient that turns challenges into opportunities and work into something that feels like a second home.
Outside of work, I navigate life with a touch of humour. I enjoy figure skating and so, both of my daughters are figure skaters!
