Hi, my name is Jill Bernhard and I am the Operations Coordinator at bitKIDS.

I am excited to combine over 15 years of experience delivering Applied Behaviour Analysis with certification in Human Resources and Joint Health and Safety to bring out the best in all staff and families at bitKIDS. As a Supervised Instructor Therapist with a strong growth mindset, I am trained in evidence‑based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Training and remain committed to supporting meaningful progress for every learner.

I continue to use my skills as a Supervised Instructor Therapist to support new staff, provide guidance in clinical practice, and cover clients as needed to ensure continuity of care. I am also expanding my focus to include collaboration with students across various institutions and fields, offering mentorship and opportunities to connect academic learning with practical behavioural applications. In addition, I enjoy exploring emerging technology and learning how to use new tools to enhance communication and support effective teamwork.

When I am not in the clinic, I can be found walking my Labrador Retriever, Arlow, or enjoying an extra‑large mug of hot coffee while reading on the porch.
