Meghan McCoy
Hi! My name is Meghan McCoy and I am an Instructor Therapist at bitKIDS.
My journey into ABA began after teaching Grade One for four rewarding years when I discovered my passion for one-on-one interactions over the classroom setting. I have over 13 years of experience in this field, with the last three being at bitKIDS. I have the privilege of holding a floater position here, which means I have a dynamic opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients when their regular ITs are unavailable due to illness or vacations. Embracing this role, I relish the chance to interact with numerous clients and build connections with our cherished bitKIDS families.
The aspect I find most fulfilling about my role is that I'm intimately familiar with all our clients' programming. This means I really understand their needs and goals, and I can adjust my approach to suit each kiddo. It's like navigating a constantly changing terrain where I'm always adapting and improving my methods to meet the unique goals of each client. This variety keeps me engaged and helps me constantly refine my skills in the world of ABA therapy. Outside of work, my heart belongs to my husband and three kids. We indulge in outdoor adventures, from camping and hiking to swimming and chauffeuring them to their various activities.
