Welcome Deena to the bitKIDS Team!

We’re excited to introduce the newest Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ontario) at bitKIDS, Deena Pariyangat!

Deena brings both professional expertise and a deeply personal connection to the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Her journey began over 20 years ago when her son was diagnosed with a rare condition—an experience that sparked her strong belief in the power of evidence-based ABA. Over the past 8 years, she has built an impressive career working across both Canada and the United States.

As both a parent and a practitioner, Deena offers a unique and compassionate perspective. She understands firsthand the experiences of families while also supporting clinical teams to deliver meaningful, high-quality care.

In her role as a Senior Therapist at bitKIDS, Deena is passionate about supporting each child’s growth while collaborating closely with her team to create lasting, positive change. She is guided by a powerful belief: never give up. Deena firmly believes that every individual can learn—it’s all about finding the approach that works best for them.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Deena spending time with her family or enjoying a good comedy show.
